Lena's story is one of overcoming adversity and stepping into her personal power. Born in the midst of the Iran-Iraq war in Kurdistan, Lena faced displacement and lived in refugee camps before finding refuge in the UK with her family at the age of 6.

Her teenage years were marked by cultural conflicts and a battle with depression. Despite these challenges growing up, Lena excelled academically and had a keen interest in psychology, communication and writing.

By her early twenties Lena was running 10 gambling establishments across south west London where she was area manager.

She shifted industries into the banking world and quickly rose to team leader position working within Natwest & RBS Business Banking, based in the Wimbledon offices in UK.

In her mid-twenties, Lena's life took a dark turn with a brain tumour, depression, anxiety and PTSD, leaving her homeless, jobless and emotionally bankrupt until she came across a video that changed the course of her life…

It introduced her to the concept of conscious creation and she began a journey of healing herself physically, mentally, and emotionally.

Her life transformed dramatically: her turbulent relationships became harmonious, she healed her brain tumour, PCOS and other diseases naturally.

She came off the welfare system to work for a London sales consultancy firm and was promoted to Managing Director within 6 months…

When her time at the company was complete, Lena went 100% in on her coaching business.

She stepped on an international stage as a TEDx speaker and appeared on national television shows in Iraq and Romania…
